The House of Representatives has passed the 2023 Appropriation Bill, leaving about N1.31 trillion above the figure presented for consideration by President Muhammadu Bauhari.
Buhari had in his proposal to the National Assembly requested an aggregate expenditure of N20.51 trillion, while the House on Wednesday passed at total of N21.82 trillion.
