A member-elect Hon Ezekeil Bauda Afon for Pengana State constituency in Plateau state House of Assembly has died
Hon Afon was an incumbent member representing Pengana state constituency of Bassa local government area.
He contested the March 9 state House of Assembly election and was declared winner under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).
Confirming the death to Blueprint, former deputy speaker of the state House of Assembly Yusuf Gagdi, a colleague of the deceased, said: “Afon was declared winner and he left us today.”
Late Hon. Afon, was a member of House of Aassembly from 2015 and was before his death the chief whip of the Plateau state House of Assembly.
