Former Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Charles Dokubo, has passed on.
Dokubo died two years after he was fired by President Muhammadu Buhari from his job.
Though details of the incident is still sketchy, but the former Amnesty boss, reportedly died after a brief illness on Wednesday evening.
