Unconfirmed reports from Kaduna state indicate that some persons might have fallen victim of aerial bombardment by a Nigerian Air Force (NAF) jet.
The incident which was said to have affected some people happened during Maulud celebration (birth of Prophet Muhammad) at Tudun Biri, Igabi Local Government Area (LGA) of the state.
This is as a former federal legislator, Senator Shehu Sani, on Monday morning via his X handle, said, “The translation of the post reveals that scores of people were killed yesterday by Ariel bombardment during a religious festival in a village near the Kaduna Airport.Clarification is needed CC @NigAirForce @DefenceInfoNG.”
However, the details of the incident which reportedly happened on Sunday night is still sketchy as NAF is yet to issue any official statement on it.
