Bodejo bags ABU Sardauna excellence award

The national president of Mitetti Allah Kautal Hore, Alhaji Bello Abdullahi Bodejo, yesterday received the Sardauna award of excellence, an icon of exemplary leadership recognition by Ahmadu Bello University Students Representative Council (ABUSRC), Zaria. Bodejo is a recipient of outstanding national leadership awards, including the Icon of Societal Transformation by Northern Youth Initiative for Peace and Good governance (NYIPGG), Pillar and Role Model, and Icon of Peace by the Faculty of Social Science S t u d e n t s A s s o c i a t i o n (FOSSA), Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
Presenting the award to the recipient in his resident at Tudun-Wada, KARU local government area of Nasarawa state, the National Coordinator of NYIPGG, Umar Faruk Lawal, stated that the award was in recognition of Bodejo’s immense contributions towards nation building, human and educational development. Lawal said the youths and students have been monitoring the activities of Bodejo and discovered that he is a peace loving Nigerian; hence he was selected as one of their awardees in 2018. “We see Bodejo as a man of peace, who has good record of relationship with others, a man that the youths benefit from and he is a man of character anddiscipline who believes in one Nigeria,” he said.
Accepting the award, Alhaji Bodejo thanked the youths and students for tracing hid good records of achievements, saying that the award would spur him to do more for the upliftment of the society. He said, as a leader of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, he would partner with the students and youths to move Nigeria forward, calling on them to always cooperate with him in order to find a lasting solution to the incessant herdsmen and farmers crisis in the country
