Minister of the FCT Barr. Nyesom Wike has approved the appointment of Ambassador (Dr) Maureen Tamuno as the new Managing Director of Abuja Investment Company Limited (AICL).
The appointment which was contained in a statement by the Director of Press FCT Minister’s office, Mr Tony Ogunleye, described Tamuno as an experienced public officer, entrepreneur, and diplomat.
He was the Nigerian High Commissioner to Jamaica, Belize, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.
Mr. Ogunleye also revealed that the minister terminated with immediate effect, the contract of Messrs Integrated Facility Management Services Ltd for the management of the International Conference Center, Abuja while Messrs Julius Berger Nigeria Plc was contracted for the immediate comprehensive renovation of the International Conference Center.
