2023: Katsina APC guber candidate promises youth training, fight banditry

Katsina state APC gubernatorial candidate, Dikko Umar Radda, has promised to  train  youth to fight bandits in the areas bedeviled by security challenges in the state when elected.

Dikko made this promise in Batsari town while addressing a large crowd that turned out to receive him during his campaign tour.

He said the youth would be trained, equipped and used to assist the security agents in combating the menace of banditry to ensure proper protection in their areas.

The APC governorship candidate also assured farmers of agricultural equipment to enable them carry out their activities with ease.

He said his policy document had captured ways of boosting agriculture through mechanized farming which would be profitable to the farmers.

The District Head of Batsari, Alhaji Tukur Mu’azu Ruma, earlier applauded the APC Gubernatorial Candidate for his assistance to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the area.

The campaign had visited Kaita and Jibia Local Government Areas, where the state Governor, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari participated to solicit the support of the electorates to vote all party candidates to enable them continue to benefit from the policies and programmes of the ruling party in the state.

In all the three local government areas of Batsari, Jibia and Kaita,  Radda and his entourage were received by thousands of the party’s admirers that trooped out despite the security situation in the area.
