We ‘ve seen light of wining our elections – Bauchi PDP

The director-general of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) campaign council in Bauchi state, Faroouk Mustapha, Friday said the party has already seen the light of wining the forthcoming general elections in all the elective positions.

Mustapha made this known while briefing journalists on the campaign rally conducted in the 7 local government areas of Bauchi North by Governor Bala in company of the campaign council and other relevant stakeholders.

The director-general said the level of love and solidarity enjoyed by the governor and his campaign team during the campaign rally is a clear indication of PDP’s acceptance by voters in the state in recognition of its outstanding performance in the delivery of devidends of democracy across the state.

According to him, Governor Bala has done so much in the execution of developmental projects for the benefit of the citizenry and for the rapid development of the state and therefore solicited for votes to the governor and all the PDP candidates in the forthcoming elections for better service delivery.

“The turnout of our people during our campaign rallies is unprecedented and we believe that PDP is on the ground to win all the elective positions in the forthcoming general elections in our county. Before this campaign, our party has visited all the constituencies of the state for consultation for possible improvements in identified areas. We really appreciate what Governor Bala is doing to us in Bauchi under the platform of PDP.”

Mustapha while enumerating new campaign strategies for Bauchi central, said the campaign council is working assiduously to deliver for all the party’s candidates in the forthcoming general elections.

On his part, the state PDP Chairman, Hamza Koshe Akuyam appreciated the support and cooperation of all the stakeholders of the party in the areas visited, attributing it to the peaceful and successful conduct of the campaign rally by Governor Bala and other candidates of the party and therefore requested for another opportunity to the PDP to consolidate on its gains achieved so far.
