Meanwhile, Super Eagles coach Jose Peseiro was impressed after the Golden Eaglets fired 15 unreplied goals against two academies yesterday (Wednesday) in Abuja.
The Eaglets handled by Nduka Ugbade massacred Ikon Allah Academy 9-0, before they thrashed Propel Sporting 6-0.
“I must say I have been impressed by a number of players in this team. They are headed for great things if they keep level heads and remain disciplined,” Peseiro said as he welcomed NFF General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi towards the tail end of the second encounter.
The U17s topped the WAFU B U17 AFCON qualifiers in Ghana last year.
