Top Pro Sport Management Company has concluded arrangements to invite renowned international football experts into Nigeria, to help train local football coaches.
It is the first of its kind virtual and physical football training session and workshop, specifically targeted at improving the training methodology, mental and psychological preparedness of Nigerian coaches.
Speaking on the programme, Chief Executive Officer of TopPro Sport Management company, Mr.Ayodele Thomas, further revealed that it shall be a 3 months training programme, to be organized annually, and with certificates awarded to successful participants.
” It is a three months training programme and it is going to be held annually, to be conducted by renowned international football experts. At the end of the 3 months training, the overall best coach will be sponsored abroad for a 2 weeks coaching internship in a professional football club in Europe.
” We want to ensure that our local football coaches are knowledgeable about the modern football trends, as this would positively impact on the fortunes of Nigerian football. Already, we have been receiving encouraging feedbacks from the Nigerian football community, as it concerns this programme,” Thomas, who also the Chairman of Football Intermediaries Association of Nigeria, explained gleefully.
