NUJ to honour David Chukwu


Ahead of the second edition of the annual conference of journalists and graduates of the Nigerian Institute of Journalism Badagry, Lagos , the union has revealed that Mr. David Chukwu a business analyst/consultant an
financial accountant has been selected as one of the recipients for the 2023 award slated for November in Lagos.


In a statement signed by the liaison officer of Abuja, Mr. Benjamin Ubiri on behalf of the director of the institute, the union said that Mr. Chukwu is a professional who has helped to develop many young businesses and has mentored over 3000 young entrepreneurs.

“David Chukwu stands at the forefront of the fastest-moving technology in Agro technology industry trends, livestock, and crop production services.

“He spent the past years evangelizing an industry-wide shift to the cloud and awareness and importance of agriculture, and food security and has helped position Made Fresh Farmville app and Madefresh Agrotech LTD as the foremost technological firm in the Agric Industry in Nigeria, winning many awards, including Appreciation and Gratitude Awards from Cool FM, Wazobia FM, and Nigeria info FM, etc.
“He has trained many individuals, and companies and led the growth of many Agric technology products and services, amongst which are based on livestock, crop production, and training services
“He is currently the CEO of the Madefresh Farmville app and Madefresh Agrotech Limited, a company specializing in Crop production, Livestock production, and training services bringing Agriculture to life wherever you go.
“After graduating from the National Open University of Nigeria, David started working as a trainee accountant at Muhtari Dangana and Co Chartered Accountant, which he later moved into starting his agro-allies’ business and established Madefresh Farmville app and Madefresh Agrotech LTD, the organization is aimed at using technology, animal and food production to advance the day-to-day lives of individuals and organizations, helping them cut time for transactions and increase the flow food and meat. He currently has a master’s in Business Administration and professional experience from York St John University London, David Chukwu is also a Venture Creation Lab (VCL) trained from York St John University London.
