Th e Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) has concluded arrangement to host the maiden edition of its Real Estate Investment (REIT) Conference. Th e conference which will take at the NSE Event Centre, Stock Exchange House tagged “Real Estate Investment Trust in sub-Sahara Africa: Th e role of Th e Capital Market”.
Th e conference expected to bring together key decisionmakers, policy-makers, government offi cials, private sector players, property developers, asset managers, dealing members, investors and thought leaders to share experiences and explore growth potentials and opportunities inherent in the REITs market in Nigeria and Sub – Sahara Africa.
