Alhaji Danjuma Goje of All Progressive Congress (APC) has won the seat of Gombe Central Senatorial District for the third term after polling 110,116 votes.
The Returning Officer, Dr Musa Dahiru, who announced the result in Kumo , headquarters of Akko local government area on Monday said his closest rival, Alhaji Abubakar Nono of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who is also the Speaker of Gombe state House of Assembly polled 39,760 while Alhaji Umaru Lamido of Peoples Redemption party ( PRP) scored 8397
