Forum partners presidency on campaign against election violence

As 2015 general election preparations get underway, National Youth Leaders Forum of Political Parties (NYLFPP) has commenced campaign against election violence.

The forum during a courtesy visit to the senior special assistant to the president on youth and student matters, Comrade Jude Imagwe, led by the deputy chairman of the forum, Mr. Ikechukwu Chukwuyere of APGA party said the forum will be working with all stakeholders to ensure that the 2015 election is violence free.
Commending the delegates, Imagwe, said Nigeria youth must look beyond political differences and think about Nigeria first as there is need for unity for peace to reign.

“If we can shun politics in churches and mosques, it should be replicated when it comes to anything that threatens the unity and peace of this country. If the governors forum can work together for the good of this nation, as youth we can also work together to move this nation forward,” he said.
The secretary general of the forum, Alhaji Abdularahman Mohammed, Accord party, said the youth leaders have kept their differences aside so as to come together to fight for the soul of the nation.
