The Chief Executive Officer, Etisalat Nigeria, Matthew Willsher, said in a statement that the step was in furtherance of the company’s commitment to the development of the education sector in the country.
He expressed confidence in the ability of the service to enhance the learning experience of students in primary and secondary schools through an engaging combination of education and fun.
Etisalat’s Cliqlite was introduced two years ago as the first indigenous educational product on a tablet by a telecommunication firm to improve the learning experience of students.
It offers a bouquet of Nigeria Educational Research and Development Council (NERDC) approved education materials such as text books and instructional lessons on different subjects.

It also has past questions from JAMB, SSCE and IGCSE and interactive games that students and parents could use to make learning a fun.
The Cliqlite Portal is designed with different attractive features and benefits that appeal to different grades of users. Its benefits include free birthday reward and 100 per cent bonus on monthly data purchase from 200MB to 10GB with extra 100 per cent bonus to browse.
Already, Etisalat has invested in the education sector through platforms like Adopt-a-School Programme, Etisalat Telecommunications Engineering Post-graduate Programme (ETEPP), Career Counseling and Merit Awards.
