The church said this on Wednesday at its 12th FCT Field Convention, 2015, with the theme: “The Glorious Inheritance of the Saints (Ephesians 1: 18) holding from Nov 18 to 22, at the Apostolic Church Nigeria, Daki Biyu, Jabi.
The FCT Field Superintendent, John Buzu, enjoined believers to readjust their ways, saying “there is a glorious moment awaiting them in the end if only they recognise the purpose for their being.” enjoined believers to readjust their ways, saying “there is a glorious moment awaiting them in the end if only they recognise the purpose for their being.”
He urged them to act and look forward to the promise of God, “which is eternity,” while asking for their utmost support for the growth of the church.

Speaking on the theme of the convention, Pastor Buzu said it was just a reminder that “everyman must know that there is a purpose for his calling.”
He said: “We must bear in mind that we came from somewhere and we are going somewhere- the Promised Land. Every man must know that there is a purpose for his calling and as a child of God, don’t be carried away by the circumstances around you. You must understand that there is a purpose.

You are not just there as a child of God, you are not just there as a believer, but you are called that there is something so divine, something eternal that God as kept for every believer. We should remember that eternity awaits us at the end.”
Continuing, he said: “It will be a great joy to build on what they have laid down during their time and which demand our total support, our readiness, both spiritually, physically and materially to move the field forward because in an organisation it’s not just one man that makes organisation work, there are so many people that their input is desired and needed.”
