Ambassador Abdulmumim Salau, the leader of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu/ Kashim Shettima 619 Groups in Niger state felicitates with Governor Umar Bago of Niger state on his well deserved Leadership Newspaper award as the Leadership Governor of the year.
Since his assumption of office as the executive governor of Niger state, Bago has brought revolutionary initiatives, which have brought about the desired change on industrialisation, human capital development, agricultural revival, empowerment of widows, skills and vocational training for youth, as well as good road network across the three senatorial zones of Niger state.
Interestingly, the Leadership Newspaper award is a further testimony Governor Bago’s tenacity in working for the common good of all Nigerlites. This epitomises the wise saying that “When the righteous man is on the throne the people rejoice”. I am praying fervently for more of such awards.
In the same vein, on behalf of thousands of members of Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu /Shettima Coalition Groups in Niger state, North-central geopolitical zone and beyond, we say congratulations to His Excellency Umar Bago, on this glorious moment of the Leadership award bestowed on him. The award represents the general feelings of the entire Nigerlites and the downtrodden in the society.
On this note, we extend our special commendation to the Leadership Newspaper panelists and the entire management of the newspaper for finding His Excellency Alhaji Umar Bago worthy of this exalted award. This reenforces the aphorism which says, “Honour must be given to whom honour is due”.
Moreover, I urge the entire good people of Niger state to always put His Excellency and his amiable team in prayers in his quest to provide more democratic dividends for the greater majority of the state, and for the economic prosperity of the state and the entire general well-being of all.
