As 2019 general election approaches, one factor that will determine who emerges winner is the votes of Nigerian labour.
According to a poll conducted by Blueprint, a national newspaper, the votes of Nigeria labour will have a huge impact on those that will emerge victorious both at state and federal level.
The poll which was conducted on the newspaper’s website www.blueprint.ng asked, can the votes of labour decide 2019 polls? 50.5 % of the participants say yes while 49.5% says no.
This is coming against the backdrop of strained relationship between labour, federal and states government as a result of the ongoing minimum wage negotiations.
