Updated: Coronavirus cases in Nigeria climb to 305 as NCDC confirms first positive tests in Niger, Anambra

The total confirmed number of coronavirus cases in Nigeria jumped to 305, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed.

The centre also reported that one Coronavirus case has been recorded in Anambra and Niger states, about one month after the infection fully found its way into Nigeria.

As at 9.30pm, April 10, 17 new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the country.

The states affected are Lagos eight, three in Katsina, two in FCT, one in Niger, one in Kaduna, one in Anambra and another one in Ondo.

Altogether, 305 confirmed cases of #COVID-19 have been reported in Nigeria. Fifteen eight have been discharged with seven deaths.
