Sustain good behavioral pattern after Ramadan, Adeleke urges Muslims

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun state has appealed to Muslim faithful to sustain the dedication to the will of Allah and avoid returning to acts of sin after Ramadan.

Adeleke who observed the two Rakat obligatory prayers at the Muslim praying ground, in Ede, his hometown, spoke with journalists after the prayer.

He advised the Muslims to continue to abide by the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and honor the dictates of Allah as exemplified in the last 30 days.

“After 30 days of fasting, we come here to give thanks to Allah and you can see how my people welcome me, and am so happy at home.

“All Muslims should follow the teachings of prophet Muhammed (SAW) and obey Allah’s command.

“Our people should not go back to their bad behavior after Ramadan. We should continue to show mercy towards one another in this time of economic hardship. That is what Ramadan teaches us and we should abide by it,” Adeleke said.
