A Nigerian chef, Adeola Adeyeye, has initiated a cook-a-thon lasting 150 hours, with the intention of surpassing Hilda Baci’s Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon of 93 hours and 11 minutes.
This was revealed by a Twitter user named deookathon on Friday.
This development followed another Nigerian chef, Adeparusi Damilola, also known as Chef Dammy, who recently embarked on a 120-hour cook-a-thon in the Oye Local Government Area (LGA) of Ekiti State.
Adeyeye commenced the cook-a-thon on Friday, June 30, 2023, in the Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo LGA of Ondo State and is scheduled to conclude on Thursday, July 6, 2023.
