NAHCON felicitates new Saudi’s minister of Hajj, Umrah

Chairman National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Alhaji Zikrullah Kunle Hassan, board members, management and staff weekend congratulated Dr Essam bin Saad bin Saeed, on his appointment as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Hajj and Umrah.

He replaces former head of the ministry, Dr Mohammed Saleh bin Taher Benten.

The chairman in a statement by NAHCON head public affairs, Fatima Sanda Usara, said judging from the new minister’s rich résumé, the commission is confident of enjoying a robust working relationship with him and his management team in the smooth conduct of Hajj and Umrah operations.

“Indisputably true, the Kingdom is famed for its warm hospitality to pilgrims from all over the world. Consequently, we at NAHCON assure the new minister, Dr Saeed, of our continued support in promoting the success of Hajj and Umrah and we promise our cooperation towards policies designed to safeguard the welfare of guests of the Merciful Lord.

“As he settles to commence the great tasks ahead, NAHCON joins millions of Muslims all over the world in praying for divine guidance in the discharge of these noble responsibilities.

Once again, the chairman offers the commission’s felicitation and gives assurance of his best wishes always.”
