The Lagos State Police Command has said it has arrested popular Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, aka Sam Larry.
His arrest came after an alleged involvement in the death of of singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad.
The Command Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the development on his verified twitter page on Thursday.
He also said Sam Larry is assisting with ongoing investigation.
“Balogun Olamilekan Eletu aka Sam Larry is now in our custody.
“He is currently assisting with ongoing investigation,” he said.
Sam Larry had arrived from Nairobi Kenya around 10pm local time.
He was immediately picked by police officers of the command headquarters.
Arriving at the headquarters at about 10:30pm, he was taken to see the Commissioner of Police where he was questioned and handed over to DC Panti.
