Election in Bwari Area Council is being delayed because of non availability of INEC officials.
As at 9am this morning, despite the crowd of potential voters, no INEC officials was seen. Also most of the polling units at Mpape as at 10am this morning, there was no INEC officials not voting materials available.
Some of the party agents spoken with revealed that lack of logistics was the main problem as the drivers that suppose to bring the voters materials refused to move because they wanted to be paid before moving.
