A loyalist of the president-elect, Bola Tinubu and a Kogi born social media frontier of the All Progressive Congress (APC), King Raji has called for the nomination of Igala extraction for the ministerial slot of Kogi state.
Raji on Tuesday in a statement in Abuja, called on Kogi state governor, Yahaya Bello to consider the Igala nation with the ministerial slot of the state.
He said the need to consider an Igala extraction is as a result of the outcome of the party’s governorship primary election which favor’s Ebira extraction.
According to him, “I appeal to governor Bello and our Leader, Bola Tinubu to please consider the Igala people for the ministerial slot of Kogi state, haven lost out of the 2023 governorship race.
“Our people came out in mass to deliver their vote for the APC at the just concluded 2023 general election, as everyone know, the state had its highest votes from the Igala axis and it won’t be right to be pushed away from benefiting from what we’ve labored for.”
