JIBWIS extols Air force personnel who returned 37,000 euros, Imam who hid Christians in Plateau

Jama’atu Izalatil Bid’ah Wa Ikamatis Sunnah (JIBWIS) has extolled the Nigeria Air force personnel, Aircraftman (ACM) Bashir Umar, who returned 37,000 euros at his designated area of assignment.

It also extolled the Imam that hid more than two hundred Christians and save them from extermination in Plateau.

The National Chairman JIBWIS Council of Ulama, Sheikh Sani Yahaya Jingir, extolled the duo in a chat with journalists at the headquarters of the group in Jos.

He said:  “I am appreciating the young soldier, who was a member of our aid group, who joined the military, and found huge amount of money, feared Allah, sees of the country’s dignity and the teaching of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), and returned the money to the rightful owner, I supplicate that may Allah bless him.”

Shiekh Jingir, further extolled Imam Abdullahi Abubakar, for saving the lives of hundreds of Christians at Nghar village of Gashish District Barkin Ladi local government area of Plateau.

“I prayed Allah, to bless one of our Imams from Barkin Ladi, who hid  Christians during a crisis,” he supplicated.

Shiekh Jingir, also called on Nigerians to emulate the duo of Air force personnel Bashir Umar, and the 83-year-old Imam, Abdullahi Abubakar.
