The son of convicted Ike Ekweremadu, Lloyd, has made the commissioner-nominees list of Enugu state governor, Peter Mbah.
Ex-governor Sullivan’s daughter, Ada Chukwu, also made the list that was sent to the state’s House of assembly.
The list was read on the floor of the House by the Speaker, Uche Ugwu, on Friday.
Others on the list include veteran broadcaster, Aka Eze Aka, Prof. Ndubueze Mba, Mrs Ngozi Eni, Prof. Sam Ugwu, Chika Ugwoke and Dr Kingsley Ude.
Former commissioners Prof. Emmanuel Obi and Deacon Okey Ogbodo, as well as Mrs. Ugochi Madueke, Dr Malachy Agbo, Gerrald Otiji, Nathaniel Urama, and Prince Lawrence Ezeh.
The house was asked to consider the list for speedy consideration even though it’s not yet complete.
