Osun state government has declared Wednesday as public holiday in commemoration of the new Islamic Year, 1445AH.
Governor Ademola Adeleke in a statement by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Regional Integration and Special Duties, Mudashiru Oyedeji, felicitates the Muslims on the new year Hijrah.
According to the statement, governor Adeleke will preside over the march pass at the Osogbo city stadium as part of activities lined up for the new Islamic year.
