The Chief of Defence Staff, Gen Abayomi Olonisakin, has said that the military had unearthed plans by some unpatriotic citizens to use military to perpetrate evil during the elections.
Gen. Olonisakin said this Thursday during a press conference at the Defence Headquarters, Abuja.
