A member representing Gassol/Bali federal constituency of Taraba state at the House of Representatives, Hon. Gambo Mubarak, Tuesday, urged his colleagues to invest resources in the electorate.
Mubarak, who gave the advice during his Sallah message said the need to empower youth, women and the disabled who took their time in electing leaders is key.
He stated that the empowerment programme he did for his constituents in recent time was part of the gestures to appreciate his people who voted for him as a member of the National Assembly.
He called on the Muslim Umah to pray for peace and unity of the country.
“I thank God for this day and pray for Almighty Allah to grant to us the grace to celebrate the next Eid-el- Kabir.
“I also call on the Muslim Umah to pray for the unity of Nigeria, especially as we are faced with so many challenges,’ Mubarak said.
