Aerson Technology Limited, an indigenous oil and gas servicing company in Nigeria has praised the Group Managing Director (GMD) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Dr. Maikanti Baru for his leadership strides in conducting the aff airs of the fi rm. In a statement signed by the Managing Director, Mr. Abiye Festus Abibo, Baru has “demonstrated capacity toward ensuring that the NNPC returns to profi tability through quality appointments in strategic positions in the NNPC for optimal results.”
“One of such appointments is that of the Chief Operating Offi cer, Refi neries, Engineer Anibor Kragah, who has demonstrated a resolve towards restoring optimisation of the nation’s refi neries by securing investors to revamp and maintain the refi neries.” Mr. Abiye Festus Abibo, also extolled the GMDs strides in compliance with the Local Content Law which he described as a conveyor belt for all of its JV partners in the Nigeria Oil and Gas industry. “Th is has created a conducive environment for indigenous companies to thrive in the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.” Aerson Technology Limited is an indigenous oil and gas servicing company with operations in the downstream petroleum sector.
