2023: Nigeria needs only wise, discreet men in power – IVCU

The World President of Ibadan Varsity Christian Union (IVCU) Alumni Fellowship, Dr. Emmanuel Ajala, has said restructuring is the only way to resolve the hydra headed challenges facing the country.

Addressing journalists in Ibadan Saturday evening at the IVCU Alumni Fellowship annual programme, held at the Chapel of Resurrection, University of Ibadan, Dr. Ajala said there is the need for restructuring of Nigeria for it to move forward.

He stated that restructuring Nigeria would also among others help to build the ailing economy and restore adequate security in the country.

“Of a fact, the challenges of Nigeria are hydra – headed, we strongly feel that “restructuring” of the Nigerian state is imminent. It will be a safe measure in healing the widening lines of disunity etched on the nation divides and will make governing less cumbersome and difficult”, he said.
