2023: Matawalle pledges better deal for Zamfara electorate 

 Zamfara state governor, Bello Mohammed Matawalle and APC gubernatorial candidate in 2023 election, has assured people of improvement of their social wellbeing if reelected for a second term.

Matawalle gave the assurance at the formal commencement of his campaign, held in Kaura Namoda town, the headquarters of Kaura Namoda local government area of the state, Tuesday.

According to him, if given the mandate for a second term, his administration will concentrate on job creation, security and human empowerment.

“I will focus on youth empowerment through job creation, human development and security of lives and properties of the entire citizens of Zamfara state,” he said.

The governor said he was overwhelmed with the unflinching support and cooperation, particularly the momentous crowd of supporters during the flag off of the campaign in Kaura Namoda, and urged electorate to re-elect him for him to continue with the developmental projects initiated in his first term.

“I am appealing to Zamfara people, particularly the electorate, to vote for me during the next election in order to continue with good policies and program that could move our dear State forward,” Governor Matawalle stated.

In his remarks, the state campaign council coordinator for Matawalle governorship, Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari, said APC would win Zamfara state and country at large come 2023.

Yari called on supporters and members of APC in the state to remain calm and law abiding during the electioneering, elections and beyond.
