Delta state All Progressive Congress (APC) has said that Deltans would end the long years of the People Democratic Party (PDP’s) rule in the state come 2023 general elections.
The chairman of the party, Mr Omeni Sobotie, who made the vow in Asaba, Delta state, said the long years of the PDP would be brought to end next year.
Mr. Sobotie insisted that the APC was now focused and more united to displace the crisis ridden PDP.
He noted that the house that divides itself will never stand, adding that PDP has an unresolved legal issue of the PDP governorship candidacy.
He said: “There is no man who remains in power in perpetuity. The Bible reckons that riches are not forever, neither does a crown endures to all generation.
“That means that PDP reign in Delta will come to an end one day. But I want to put you on notice that it is coming to an end next year, and the signs are there.”
