Falconets head coach Chris Danjuma has expressed satisfaction with the team’s emphatic win against Senegal.

The Nigerian girls sealed a place in the semi-finals after a 4-0 trouncing of Senegal on Monday night.

The opening goal came from Loveth Njideka Edeh, setting the stage for Nigeria’s attacking prowess.

Following suit, Motunrayo Ezekiel added to Nigeria’s lead with a spectacular volley, showcasing the team’s skill and determination.

Despite their remarkable victory, Danjuma emphasized the team’s relentless pursuit of excellence.

“Our mentality coming into this game was to improve on the Morocco game by three times. We needed to keep going till it was beyond their reach,” Danjuma told CAFonlne.

The Falconets will face the second-place team in Group A in the semi-finals.
