Emir of Gusau, Alhaji Ibrahim Bello, Wednesday, welcomed corps members deployed to Zamfara state, assuring them of his support and hospitality at all times.
Speaking while receiving a delegation of the NYSC led by the state coordinator, the emir expressed his gratitude for the visit stating that he is ready to offer assistance to the scheme.
The monarch charged the corps members to see Zamfara State as their new home, adding that: “This is home. All the corps members are ours. We want them to feel at home.”
The emir also encouraged the corps members to consider staying in Zamfara state after their service year, saying, “After the service, if you so decide to remain here, you are welcome.”
Earlier in his remark, the NYSC Zamfara state coordinator, Mallam Muhammad Lawan Ahmed, expressed the corps members’ appreciation for the emir’s hospitality.
