The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has declared Goevernor Aminu Bello Masari of as the winner of katsina Governoship election after All Progressives (APC) won with,1.178864 while Yakubu Lado of PDP scored 48862.
Masari got the highest votes of 64,709 from katsina LGA and got the less votes 20,799 from kusada local Government Area.
The returning Officer for the election Professor Abdullahi Abdulmumini zuru of Danfodio annouced the result.
The accredited voters stood as1,723780, casted votes were 1,720,638, while valid votes as confirmed stood as 1,683645 and 37,593 considered as rejected votes.
