Chairman, Senate Committee on Finance, Senator Sani Musa (APC Niger East), in a tribute to late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, described him as a man of great vision and dedication.
Senator Musa in the tribute issued Sunday in Abuja, expressed profound sadness on the demise of Senator Ubah who died in the early hours of Saturday in London.
He said: “I write this tribute to my dear friend, confidant, brother, and colleague, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.
“Our journey together has been one of unwavering support, shared dreams, and lasting memories.
“I recall many years ago when Sir Emeka Offor introduced us to each other at his residence. From that moment, a strong bond was formed, one that has only grown deeper over the years.
“Together, we transitioned from the world of business to the realm of politics, and ultimately, to the esteemed role of lawmakers.
“Throughout this journey, we stood by each other, sharing our experiences and offering mutual support and encouragement.
“Senator Ubah was a man of great vision and dedication. His commitment to his constituents and his passion for service were truly inspiring. Our conversations at both our residences were filled with insights, wisdom, and a shared commitment to making a difference.
“Though his passing leaves an immense void in our lives, we must take solace in the fact that God loves him more and has called him home. We trust in God’s plan and pray for the strength to bear this significant loss.
“My deepest condolences to his beloved wife and children,. May God grant you the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
“Rest in peace, my dear friend. Your legacy and the memories we created will forever remain in our hearts.”
