The Peoples Democratic party (PDP) on Monday moved its Board of Trustees meeting away from the Wadata Plaza.
Policemen had stormed the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national secretariat, blocking members of the Board of Trustees (BoT) from gaining access to Wadata Plaza on Monday, June 30, 2025.
The PDP BoT was scheduled to meet amid rising tension in the opposition party over the controversy surrounding the office of the national secretary and the holding of the 100th National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting.
However, following the police action, the BoT shifted its meeting to the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre in the Central Business District, Abuja.
