The Presidential Election Petition Court has adjourned the pre-hearing of the petition against the President-elect Asiwaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu, by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
However, due to disagreements among the parties over documents and other factors, the court, led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, adjourned the pre-hearing to Friday, May 19, 2023.
