The Director General of National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Prof. Abubakar O. Sulaiman, has expressed sorrow over the demise of Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim.
Prof. Sulaiman in a condolence message issued in Abuja on Wednesday, lamented the death of Senator Ibrahim , who represented Kwara South in the 8th National Assembly.
He described the late Senator as a shining example of patriotism, whose dedication to Nigeria, would be deeply missed.
He extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, and prayed for his soul to find eternal rest in Aljannat Firdaus.
Aso in the statement , the NILDS boss mourned the loss of the father of Senator Sadiq Umar, who represents Kwara North Senatorial District in the 10th Assembly.
He described Alhaji Suleiman Mora Omar, the Madawaki of Kaiama, as a paragon of virtue, whose life was worthy of emulation.
