2019: Buhari’s presidential victory in South-East done deal – Aide

The Special Adviser to the President on Justice Reform Sector, Barriser Juliet Ibekaku-Nwagwu, has said President Muhammadu Buhari will win the 2019 election in most of the South-East states of the country with the minimum of at least 25 per cent votes.
The adviser made this statement in a press statement made available to newsmen in Enugu, saying that the President has demonstrated practical leadership towards Ndigbo through the over 69 roads and bridge projects approved in the zones now in differentstages of completion.
She further said that Mr.
President not only approved the roads but released funds to back up the contracts, adding that his leadership role was absolutely different from that of the previous regimes that awarded most of the roads but never released a penny to fundthem.
“Despite the default in leadership by the past administration, the President in his wisdom and frankness, has continued with the road contracts to avoid abandoned projects, and has also awarded new onesand released funds to ensure work in progress.
Work may not be very fast on site, but work is consistently in progress because of the economic crunch the administration is battling to overcome, she said.
Nwagwu added that the Minister of Information and Culture, Mr.
Lai Mohammed, recently said that the contracts for many of the roads were awarded before the advent of the current administration, but that they were either poorly funded or not funded at all, which was why the projects lingered.
“We will reciprocate this gesture in 2019 by casting our votes massively for him.
Political heavy weights are already decamping in droves to the APC in Enugu state in particular and in most of the other South East states also.
For sure, Mr.
President will secure at least 25 per cent in each of the five Eastern states in 2019.
He is Okaa Omee, meaning that he matches his words with action,” she said.
