Take Okowa’s re-election as your battle, Ibori charges Deltains
Former Governor of Delta state Chief James Ibori, has charged Anioma people (Delta North) to take Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s reelection as their battle.
Chief Ibori stated this at Oghara, Etiope west local government area of the state during the governor Okowa’s campaign Flagg off.
Ibori said that Governor Okowa has respect for Deltans. “when I was away in 2015 Okowa came to Oghara my home town for campaign Flagg off and today he is here again, that shows that he (Okowa) has reject for the PDP family in Delta”.
Ibori said that Okowa has performed creditably well to deserve re-election as governor .
Dr. Okowa, however expressed confidence that he will win all the 25 local government area of the state in march governorship elections.
Governor Okowa said that he has worked hard enough to guarantee his election while challenging opposition parties especially APC to a debate on issues concerning Delta.
According to him, “the opposition has eyes but they can not seen what he has done ,I want to win election not by using political thugs or police, but the opposition rely on police and thugs to win election.”
Dr. Okowa said that PDP will crush even in Etiope east
local government APC will massively defect to PDP before elections in Delta.
