A group, All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) Media Warriors Forum, on Tuesday, said there was no way the Anambra state electorate would allow the All Progressives Congress (APC) to rig in its governorship candidate, Hon. Nicholas Ukachukwu, in the November 8 poll using ‘federal might.’

The National Coordinator, APGA Media Warriors Forum, Evangelist Chinedu Obigwe, disclosed this in a statement while reacting to media reports claiming that President Bola Tinubu had endorsed Ukachukwu and urged him to win the state for him.

According to Obigwe, visiting the President with the National Chairman of APC, Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje, to present Ukachukwu to the Anambra voters, would not make him win Anambra state because Tinubu had allegedly nothing to do with him.

“I will continue saying this without minding whose ox is gored. Nicholas Ukachukwu will lose the forthcoming November 8th governorship election woefully. He knows very well that he is not electable and that there is no gospel that he can preach to Anambra electorates that will make them vote for him.

“The people of the state are enjoying dividends of good governance from Governor Soludo administration. Voting for him to govern Anambra state is tantamount to taking Anambra state 35 years backward.

“The people of Anambra are already on a forward ever and backward never journey with Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo and they will crush any obstacles that stands on the way against their forward ever and backward never movement. No vacancy in Anambra State government house,” he stated.
