Uba Sani, Ciroma perfect match for sustainable Kaduna peace – Monarch

The Sarkin Yakin Fada Talakawa, High Chief Enoch N. Fada, has described the peace initiatives being employed by the Kaduna state governor, Senator Uba Sani, as the antidote for sustainable development, growth and transformation of the North-west state.

The outspoken royal father stated this in a press statement issued, Monday, in which he stated that the governor’s leadership emblem, being copied by All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Engr. Joseph Ciroma, in Southern Kaduna senatorial district, will encourage even development that will sustain the relative peace in the state.

He said, “When Senator Uba Sani assumed office as governor of Kaduna state in May 2023, the state was notorious for high-level insecurity, particularly in the Southern Kaduna axis. And his predecessor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai pretended as if nothing was wrong with that. There was hardly any day or week without tens of innocent citizens killed by armed bandits.

“In fact it was a mix of recurring cases of banditry, high-level kidnappings, ethno-religious tension and general criminality everywhere but that is gradually becoming history.”

High Chief Enoch, who is also the national PRO of Sardauna Forum, described the humanitarian services of Engr. Ciroma, (Hasken Kudanci Kaduna) as infectious, calling on all Southern Kaduna residents, who have had a feel of his activities in the area, to support his aspiration to represent them at the Senate in 2027.

“Senator Uba Sani’s leadership has offered Kaduna state fence-mending initiatives that are paving the way for good governance, reflected in the dividends of democracy across the 23 local government areas of the state, irrespective political, religious, ethnic and tribal persuasions. Engr. Joseph Ciroma, FNSE, is also copying His Excellency’s good governance examples. Both are a perfect match for sustainable development in the state,” he reiterated.
