Tinubu’s one-year anniversary: Nigeria’ll be great again, says NCPC boss Adegbite

The executive secretary, Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Bishop Stephen Adegbite, has expressed optimism that “Nigeria will be great again,” as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu marks one year in office.

He said this, according to a press statement issued Friday by the Commission’s head of media and public relations, Celestine Toruka, while receiving the leadership of the Northern Youth for Good Leadership and Governance in Abuja.

He commended President Tinubu’s commitment to democracy and selfless service to the nation, drawing parallels between President Tinubu’s ideology, the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo and that of the late Sir Ahmadu Bello, emphasising their “shared vision for a better Nigeria.”

He thanked the group for honouring him with a Certificate of Excellence and assured them of his continued dedication to serving humanity and promoting the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu’s administration.

Earlier, the vice-chairman of the Northern Youth for Good Leadership and Governance, Engr. Abdulmalik Usman, praised Bishop Adegbite’s sterling qualities and good work, describing him as “a super executive secretary.”
