Thanks, Gov. Bala Mohammed

Bauchi governor Bala 1

We, the people of Tafawa Balewa local government area, extend our sincere gratitude for your approval of the construction of 29-kilometre Boi, Gambar, Sara and Lere roads in Bauchi state.

These roads play a significant role in the lives of many people in our local government area, and the completion of these projects has been a long-awaited and much-needed development.

For years, these roads had been neglected, causing serious difficulties for the people who rely on them for transportation and access to essential services. We are grateful for your recognition of the need for this.

Tafawa Balewa local government area is also a major producer of various agricultural commodities. The area produces millet, groundnut, sorrel, onions, tomatoes, pepper, livestock, maize, and others.

Agriculture is the pivot of the economy of Tafawa Balewa and the area’s rich soil and diverse climate make it well-suited for a variety of crops. Livestock production is also a significant part of the local economy, with cattle, sheep, and goats being raised in the area.
