I write to extend words of gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for finding Honourable Ibrahim Mohammed Baba, a former member representing Katagum federal constituency at the 8th Assembly, worthy of being recently appointed as Federal Commissioner for the Public Complaints Commissions.
Mr President, I assure you that engaging Honourable Baba would be very fruitful considering that his scorecards are excellent to be shown and proud of anywhere—for they make the people of Bauchi state yearn for him for an elective position so that they continue to benefit from him developmentally.
Wading in to settle complaints against government and private institutions as shouldered by those steering the affairs of the commission needs proactive patriots like Honourable IMBA. This is because he tirelessly worked in different organisations and held various political positions, which led him to where he is now.
Honourable IMBA has a profound connection with other patriots—this will allow him to carry out his duties at the Public Complaints Commission, and that will enable him to handle the affairs of the commission without much ado.
Mr. President, I know IMBA as fearless and dedicated personality and for displaying seriousness in every task that is assigned to him. When he was deputy chairman of the House Committee on Public Accounts, things went smoothly, with experiences accompanied by dedication and patriotism.
In a nutshell, President Tinubu must be commended for his equity and fairness when making appointments—this quality cannot be taken away from him.
