Sule lauds Tinubu’s economic reforms

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the economic reforms that have helped to place the state on the pedestal of transformation in all the sectors.

Governor Sule gave the applause during a two-year impact anniversary of his 2nd term administration, celebrating holistic six-year developmental stride, organised by A.A Sule Gidan-Gida support group at the weekend on Saturday, in Lafia.

He explained that the achievements in Nasarawa state was the reflection of President Tinubu’s reform agenda.

He said the reforms the president brought in his administration is what made it possible to achieve projects in Nasarawa state without borrowing.

He said Tinubu’s policies has laid a strong foundation for long-term economic growth and stability.

Governor Sule vowed that the remaining two years will be better than his previous years in government.

The governor however, thanked Nasarawa citizens for the support given to him since inception of his administration, as he equally appreciates the security agencies for their proactive measures in maintaining peace and stability across the state.

In her opening remarks, the organiser of the event and chairperson of A.A Sule Gida-Gida support group, Hajiya Hussaina Abdullahi Sule, disclosed that, though her father does not appreciate people hailing him for delivering on his mandate, but the achievements of governor Sule within the six years of his leadership is hard to keep mute.

Hussaina, who is the governor’s daughter described her father as a role model and unmatched achiever who she believes in.

She saluted the governor’s courage, wisdom and visionary leadership in tackling the state’s problems with bold and transformative economic reforms that have stabilised the state to stand on it feeds, for the next generation yet unborn to benefit.

The chairperson however, prayed God bless the governor with continued good health, strength and wisdom as he leads Nasarawa towards its full potential.
