The National Association of Seadogs, Pyrates Confraternity, Awka chapter, Anambra State, Wednesday, advocated for intensive learning to acquire relevant skills and capacities to deliver in whatever fields of endeavours.

A radio host, Ms Jedidiah Uche, who was a lead speaker at the occasion, lamented that some Nigerians hold certificates they could not defend which make them to become influence instead of influencer for positive change.

On his part, a university don and Cap’n Honduras Deck, Dr Vincent Onwughalu, added that education should be a driver for change, as it according to him, builds capacity to interrogate and proffer meaningful solutions at all times.
